Delivery/Terms and conditions/Payment Methods
DELIVERY.
For payment to Swedbank / Bankgiro: Your order will be sent to you promptly once your payment has been registered. Note that it takes some days for your payment to be registered. Your order is sent by mail and takes no more than three working days.
If the delivery time for any reason, be longer than normal or if the unlikely event any of the articles in your order is final, so you will be contacted immediately.

Transportation and damage. If the goods are damaged or lost during shipment to the customer from Knokk.se, Knokk.se is so responsible. If goods are damaged or lost when the customer returns it to Knokk.se so the customer is responsible. For more information on the returns procedure see further down this page under the heading Returns / complaints.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
ORDERS.
Orders are binding and delivery in Sweden. Minimum order amount is SEK 50. Is client under 18 must obtain parental consent by the customer before the purchase.
Rates:
always specified in GBP including VAT. Order Confirmation: When buying
sent within one hour of an order confirmation to the specified e-mail with information about your order. The order confirmation you will also receive an order number which you can refer to when questions or contact customer service regarding your order.
PURCHASE ON APPROVAL.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your goods. It is a requirement that goods must be unused and returned in original packaging. If you wish to return an item you are responsible for return shipping.
Have you made the payment into Swedbank / or Debit and returned all the goods in your order, so you will be charged 25 SEK to cover the expenses Knokk has had for postage. Returns you just part of your order so we charge nothing to take back the goods.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS.
Before you send an item in return you must send the following information via email: Order Number, name, phone number and the reason you no longer want the product. The mail is sent to info@knokk.se
NOTE: Reuse the weather envelope that was sent in your order - Knokk write address on a piece of paper and glue!
It is a requirement that goods must be unused and returned in original packaging with the seal unbroken. It is your responsibility that the product will return to Knokk in undamaged condition, therefore, to ensure that the product is well packaged and mailed in ordinary letter or package to: Knokk AB, Bellman Street 3, 411 28 Gothenburg. In case of dispute followed Consumer Complaints Board's decision.
Privacy:
customers' personal information supplied upon registration be kept confidential and used only to send the order to the appropriate address. No information is disclosed to third parties. Everything under the Data Protection Act PUL.

Make your payment at the earliest opportunity! (It is difficult to reserve products for a longer period, namely) If you have any problems with your payment, please get in touch to info@knokk.se. As soon as your payment is recorded as your order is sent immediately to you.
NOTE: Do not forget to enter your order number in your payment notice. (The last five digits are the actual order number: YYMMDD-XXXXX)
